Role:
MG Enterprises is expanding our media team to support our fast-growing digital presence. We're looking for a Media Production Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment—someone who ensures our content production runs seamlessly across YouTube, live events, and an upcoming podcast.

Responsibilities:
🔹 Seamless Media Execution
Manage the technical setup for YouTube live streams, pre-recorded sessions, and internal Zoom events (e.g., Office Hours).
Ensure flawless audio, lighting, and video quality before and during every recording or event.
Handle camera switching & production for live-streamed podcasts
🔹 Podcast & YouTube Content Execution
Produce & manage MG Enterprises' upcoming podcast, ensuring professional multi-camera, high-quality audio production.
Research & develop high-impact content topics based on MG Enterprises frameworks.
Design compelling YouTube thumbnails to drive engagement.
🔹 Event & VIP Support
Set up and manage AV equipment, microphones, speakers, and digital whiteboards for live fulfillment events (4x per year, with potential for more).
Ensure Talent is mic’d up and audio-ready before speaking engagements.
🔹 Tech Readiness & Asset Management
Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize media equipment, ensuring everything is organized and operational.
Document processes and create SOPs for scalable execution.

Requirements:
🔹 Audio Mixing: Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital mixers with the ability to handle live mixing for multiple microphones.
🔹 Video Switching: Familiarity with video switchers for real-time camera selection and transitions.
🔹 Streaming Software: Experience with Ecamm Live or similar streaming platforms.
🔹 Presentation Software: Proficiency with ProPresenter, PowerPoint, or comparable tools.
🔹Recording & Backup: Understanding of professional-level video recorders for creating hard backups.
🔹 Technical Expert – You’re skilled in live streaming, camera switching, and multi-camera video/audio production.
🔹 Fast & Detail-Oriented – You move quickly but never compromise on quality.
🔹 Proactive & Self-Sufficient – You anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.
🔹 Execution-Driven – You take ownership of production from start to finish.

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 – $63,000 per year depending on experience, with opportunities for performance-based increases and structured career progression.
